FestivalExpress Online Submission The International 27+One film festival will take place in Moscow in December, 2009. The festival will present to the public a selection of works by Russian and European filmmakers. The festival's concept is based on the idea of short films as a form that allows creating contemporary, innovative and independent films. The festival is created by an association of EU/Russian independent Films Producers and is being co-financed by the European Commission and supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
