Dungog Festival Short Film CompetitionCALLING ALL SHORTS FOR DUNGOG FESTIVAL'S SHORT FILM COMPETITION The 3rd annual Dungog Festival - FOOD, FILM, FRESH AIR (plus throw in some music, wine, arts and markets!) - is coming up on 27-30 October 2016. The Short Film Competition is calling for submissions from Australian and International films, with a prize pool of $30,000 cash available across a range of Awards. Films must be 30 mins or under in length and can be any genre - fiction, drama, comedy, documentary, animation etc. and should have been completed after October 2014. Films made by Australians living or working overseas are encouraged to enter. Prizes will be awarded for Best Australian Short Film (Fiction), Best Australian Short Film (Documentary), Best International Short Film, Best Director, Best Craft Award, Best Youth Film - (Student and Non-Student), Best Local Film, Best Music Video and more! Dungog is less then 3 hours drive from Sydney. The festival runs over 3 days and nights and offers accommodation, glamping, restaurants, dinners, winemakers lunch, music, arts and crafts, markets, performances, activities for the young ones and much more! |
