DCindiefilmfestThe DC Independent Film Festival (DCIFF) will celebrate 24 years of service to filmmkaers from February 21-24, 2024, and we are looking for great material to show in Washington, DC., a media hub of the United States. We work with established and novice filmmakers by creating strong, popular film and media events that attract people and attention to independent film as a creative engine. We screen features, animation, shorts, documenarty (long and short form) and web series pilots. Our roots in Washington D.C. run deep. DCIFF, an internationally-recognized, award-winning festival, is both largely volunteer-run and professional.
DCIFF 2024 Submissions Open for features, documentary, short animation and web series to December 25thDCIFF is the oldest independent film festival in Washington DC and acts as a forum for discussion around selected films. We combine a traditional competitive festival format with in-depth conversation around the films we screen - giving filmmakers a chance to connect, learn about the impact of their films and move their work forward. We have a wide range of relevant and up-to-date workshops, socuial events and lots of fun. Every year we welocme 60 or more filmmakers to join us. All submissions at Filmfreeway here: https://filmfreeway.com/DCIndependentFilmFestival Questions? Reach us at dciffsubmissions@gmail.com Our submission fees are low and entirly used to bring selected filmmkaers to attend the festival. 20.10.2023 | DCindiefilmfest's blog Cat. : #Comedy #Documentary #features experimental Music Independent FILM
