Chloé, a fragile young woman, falls in love with her psychoanalyst, Paul. A few months later she moves in with him, but soon discovers that her lover is concealing a part of his identity.

Early 1990s. With AIDS having already claimed countless lives for nearly ten years, Act Up-Paris activists multiply their actions to fight against total indifference. Nathan, a newcomer to the organization, has his world shaken up by Sean, a radical campaigner, who throws his last bits of strength into his commitment to the cause.

UN CERTAIN REGARD

La Ciotat, the South of France, summer. Antoine has agreed to attend a writing workshop in which a few young people have to write a crime thriller with the help of Olivia, a famous novelist. The writing process will recall the town's industrial past, a form of nostalgia that doesn't interest Antoine. More concerned with the fears of the modern world, the young man soon clashes with the group and Olivia, who will be both alarmed and captivated by Antoine's violence.
