3. GODS OWN PEOPLE

A creative documentary about India's Lord of the Universe "Lord Jagganath" in the City of Puri; East of India. This is the only Hindu Lord made out of wood, with a life span of 19 years. The new incarnation of the wooden deity takes place every 19 years. Being present for this rare ritual and witnessing this tradition is considered to be the highest form of devotion. The director is the only film maker to get access in and around the pilgrimage to shoot this ritual lasting for three months and an extensive shoot for over 2 years with 7 line production teams shooting all over the state. The film is narrated by the legendary Indian Actor Mr.Amitabh Bachchan.

4. IN TROUBLED WATERS

A satire on the scarcity of water prevalent in many parts of India. Two villages for decades have been fighting over a water reservoir; the King of the higher village plots a way to get water from the lower village by conning his son to impregnate the daughter of the lower village leader in lieu of dowry. The fun starts when the two actually fall in love leading a whole new twist in the tale.
