Cecile Allegra is a french documentary film-maker, best known for "Under the Skin" (original titel : Voyage en barbarie), a multiple award-winning documentary on human trafficking in the Sinaï that also won the french Pulitzer, Prix Albert Londres. She recently released "Rape them all" (original title : Anatomie d'un crime"), on a handful of men fighting to gather evidence on what will reveal itself to be a mass crime.
Cécile has also directed "Haïti, the wounded nation", 2010 (60'); "The Squad", 2011 (52'); "A childwood at work" (52'), 2013 ; « The Pact » (54'), 2016.
A fellow of the FEMIS Film School, she is a also a scriptwriter and is currently finishing to write her first long feature fiction (produced by Velvet).

About the Director:

In 2018 she became a Fellow scholar of the French Film School, FEMIS, and just finished writing her first long-feature script under the direction of the award-winning scriptwriter Jacques Akchoti.
