The mission of the Lebanese Film Festival involves two aspects: promoting Lebanese cinema within Lebanon as well as abroad and encouraging the Lebanese filmmaking industry.
The 2002 children film festival will display films on and by children under 18 years of age. Preference will be given to films by children themselves, or wiht the active participation of children.
