The day I realized that beauty and surprises are not at the end of the world, but right in front of my eyes. After living in California for 4 years, I want to share the beauty of California, the place I call home, with the rest of the world.

Animator Angela Yu fell in love with drawing and visual arts at the age of four when she first picked up a pencil.

She later went to art school for motion graphic design. Her student film Shape Shifter was feature on Motion Served, and was screened at festivals around the world. After graduated, she has been working on many commercials for clients such as Google, Comcast, Cisco, Visa etc. She also worked as an art director for the documentary Kenya Boys, which won multiple international awards.

She now works as a freelance motion designer and art director in San Francisco, while continuing making animated films on the side.
