1) THE PRESENTATION BROCHURE OF "SPORT MOVIES & TV 2010" IS ON-LINE

The presentation Brochure "Sport Movies & Tv 2010 - 28thMilano International FICTS Fest" international event dedicated to the cinema and sport television, Worldwide Final of the 14 stages of the International Circuit of "World FICTS Challenge (WFC)" that carried out in the 5 Continents is on-line on http://www.fictsfederation.it/brochure.pdf. The new brochure (8 colour pages A4 format) include the Official Calendar of the 14 Festival of the International Circuit of "World FICTS Challenge 2010 (WFC)", the seats that will host "Sport Movies & Tv 2010", some of the prestigious personalities of the sports, journalism and cinematographic world awarded with "Guirlande d'Honneur", the programme of the Worldwide Final of Milano, the statistic data with the media coverage of the Festival, the Sections and the sports disciplines protagonist on the screen. In the year of the FIFA World Cup "South Africa 2010" for which is in programme during the Festival a special space, has been inserted, on the back of Brochure, the official calendar with all the match of the eight preliminary legs (downloaded on http://www.fictsfederation.it/brochure.pdf),  together with that one of the Italian National team Champion in charge awarded with the "Guirlande d'Honneur" delivered to the Trainer Marcello Lippi during "Sport Movies & Tv 2006".

2) "WORLD FICTS CHALLENGE 2010 (WFC)": WORLDWIDE FINAL TO MILANO

"Sport Movies & Tv 2010 - 28th Milano International FICTS Fest" organized by the FICTS (Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs, presided by the Prof. Franco Ascani, joined with 103 Member Countries) recognized by IOC - International Olympic Committee, will take place from October 28th to November 2nd 2010. There are three location: the "Pirelli Tower" will host the "Opening Ceremony" on October 28th, the historical sixteenth-century building Palazzo Giureconsulti (Piazza Mercanti, 2) will be the "core business" of the event while "Palazzo Marino" (in Piazza Scala just in front of the famous theatre) will host the "Awards Ceremony" and the delivery of the "Guirlande d'Honneur" to the winners of "Sport Movies & Tv".

The Festival is articulated in 180 Projections, 7 Meeting, 8 Encounters, 3 Workshops, 2 Exhibitions, 9 Side Events, 4 Press Conferences, 30 Awards and the presence of 230 sports journalist. An international showcase for media, television broadcastings, world-wide Networks, radio, houses of production, major producers, directors, filmmakers, Olympic Committees and Sports Federations, sport champions, advertising and integrated communication agencies that will illustrate the universe of sport television through documentaries, spot, reportages, fictions, cartoons. 6 competitive Sections: 1) Olympic Spirit/Olympic Values, 2) Documentary, 3) Tv Shows and New Technologies, 4) Sport & Society, 5) Movies, 6) Sport Adverts. The Organizing Committee of "Sport Movies & Tv" has just received several works and make a discount of 50% on the registrations to the producers and directors that will sent their works within April 30th 2010.

The important novelty for this year is the Section "Movies & Tv Short - with free topic" inserted inside the International calendar with means of the cinematography's world, the dialogue on the values founding the today's society, promoting the work of experimentation and cinematographic research of young and/or independent youth authors coming from all over the world, in sight of the Universal Exposure that Milan will host in 2015.

3) APPROVED THE OFFICIAL CALENDAR OF THE 14 FESTIVAL OF "WFC 2010"

The FICTS Executive Committee, gathered on March 27th, has ratified the Official Calendar of the 14 Festival of the "World FICTS Challenge 2010" (WFC), the International Circuit articulated in 14 phases that carried out in the five Continents that will conclude to Milano (Italy) with the Worldwide Final "Sport Movies & Tv" to Milano (Italy).

The seats and the stages of the "World FICTS Challenge 2010" are:

There are three novelties in 2010 (http://www.sportmoviestv.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=98&Itemid=70&lang=en):

1. Barcelona (Spain) will accommodate, from June 10th  to 12th, the "1st BCN SPORTS FILM - Barcelona International FICTS Festival" organized by the FICTS in collaboration with the "Fundacio Olympic Barcelona" and with the "Nikita Distribution". More info: http://www.bcnsportsfilm.org/.
2. The city of Cholpan-Ata, situated on the northern river of the Issyk-Kul lake in Kirghizstan, will accommodate, from September 5th to 8th 2010, the "1st Kirgizia International FICTS Festival". The event is organized by FICTS in collaboration with the "Interstate Fund of CIS Countries" and the Government of the Republic of the Kirghizstan.
3. Moscow (Russia) will host, from 18th to 21st November 2010, "Sport Movies & Tv Panorama - Moscow International FICTS Festival". A absolute novelty for the Federation: the "Panorama" of the videos in Nomination and winners to "Sport Movies & Tv 2010" that the FICTS will organize in collaboration with the Russian Olympic Committee and "Media Arts Sports", Sport Marketing Agency founded on 1989 by Mr Dmitry Chernyshenko (now President and CEO of "Sochi 2014") among the most important and biggest agencies of Russia.
