A few words from Richard Sowada on his leaving Revelation Perth Fest
Hi folks,

You may or no know but I have been offered the position of Head of Film Programs at the Australian Centre of the Moving Image (ACMI) which I've accepted...so I'll be moving on from Revelation to this new post based in Melbourne.

Rev is powering along and for 2007 will feature guest programmer and one of Australia's most respected film critics, Megan Spencer. I can't think of another person who understands the Rev sensibility as well and has the programming experience to boot. The event will continue to offer Perth audiences some of the finest new signature driven works from the international scene as well as continue to present a range of national and international industry guests, masterclasses, workshops and industry networks.

It's been a wonderful experience building the event and I will continue to take an active interest in its creative and business development and look forward to seeing it continue to developing its national and international reputation as an uncompromising and unique event.

Thank you for all your fantastic support in making Rev so great...it really is a beast of its own now.
