This is a special festival for filmmaker Dawn Westlake as she was an exchange student in Barcelona in 1980, and she considers Catalunya to be a second home. "Covariance" received its 24th festival acceptance from the 63rd annual Mostra Internazionale di Film in Montecatini, Italy for October 25-27, 2012. The film stars David Razowsky and Dawn Westlake. Cinematography was by Francesco Uboldi. Editing by Brandon Bondehagen. Original music was provided by Gregory Johnson of Acoustic Labs. "Covariance" received invitations to 5 more festivals this week! The film will screen for at least 3,000 people at the Bushfire Film Festival in Malkerns, Swaziland at the end of May. From June 1-17, it screens with CinemAvvenire in Rome, Italy.  It continues a tour of Italy with Cinema da Mare Film Fest from July to September.
