The 2019 West Texas Film Festival poster was created and designed by Odessa College Assistant Professor of Fine Arts, Daniel Sorenson, MFA.  The poster depicts a young woman holding a vintage video camera while standing in front of a windmill, a West Texas icon.   On July 21st, Odesa Opera and Ballet theatre hosted the official closing ceremony of the 9th OIFF.
