Dear Directors & Producers,

After 3 successful short film festivals in Pink City (Jaipur) INDIA


We invite entries from across the globe for short films under 20 minutes duration.



  • Short films produced from 2014 to 2017 will be accepted..
  • Film of every genre will be accepted.
  • The film should be under 20 minutes duration.
  • The film must be sub-titled in English if it is in a language other than English or Hindi.
  • Ensure that there is no nudity or vulgarity in the film in terms of audios or visuals.
  • Audio track/music used in film should be your own or you must have license to use the music or audio of others. PCISFF will not be liable for any infringement.

The film should be submitted on a DVD or share your movie on VIMEO/YOUTUBE along with:-   1. Synopsis of the film in digital form  ( word or pdf) not  more than 200 words.  

2. Director’s biography with photo in digital form.

3. Dialogue list in English (in digital form).

The International Cinema Festival of India was formed in 2009 to provide a unique and specialized film festival experience.

The first Annual International Cinema Festival of India (ICFI-09) is proposed to be organized from 7th December  to 9th December, 2009 at Jaipur.
This will be the very first time an Event being organised at this level in Jaipur. Artists & Celebrities attending this Event are very known faces from the world of Bollywood. This  is the Festival of three days full of fun & entertainment.
