All animated short and feature film are eligible if they are directed after 2007 december the 31th. We only can accept 35mm (optical sound) or DVD film.
We only can accept 35mm film if the print is allready in France or in Europe during the festival period. Otherwise, the film will be screen on DVD.
Foreign films are iligible only if they are subtitled in french, with french dialogues or without dialogues.
No registration fee is required.
