Mediterraneo Video Festival

Mediterraneo Video Festival is involved in promoting the “culture of differences” and the peaceful coexistence among different people, through the documentary films dealing with Mediterranean culture.

Mediterranean Film Festival Split

Mediterranean Film Festival Split will be held for the third time in the city of Split (Croatia); 1700 years old Mediterranean town, from May 24th - May 29th 2010. The festival will screen 15 films from the Mediterranean region. The screenings will be held outdoors and indoors; in an open-air cinema Bacvice and in a cinema Zlatna Vrata in the center of the Diocletian's palace. Festival's team is an experienced one; young people that have worked on many film festivals in the past. Our aim is to present the Mediterranean culture and film production the best way we can, especially since this is the only festival of Mediterranean film in this part of Europe. Films are not all the festival has to offer; concerts, exhibitions and round tables will also be a part of the event, bringing the Mediterranean closer to all who wish to be a part of the festival. This festival will hopefully become an important centre for presenting films in this part of the world.

Medfilm Festival

MedFilm Festival is the main film festival in Italy that promotes the dissemination of European and Mediterranean cinema. Since its inception in 1995, the MedFilm Festival has always been faithful to its objective: the promotion of intercultural dialogue between the two shores of the Mare Nostrum through the cinema of its northern and southern countries. Submission to the MedFilm Festival 2011 is free of charge. All the works must be submitted in DVD along with a copy of the Entry Form within the 16th of July 2011.
