Chelsea Film Festival opens today the 8th edition of the New York based festival founded by Ingrid Jean Baptiste Ruotulo and Sonia Jean- Baptiste.
We have been a fan of the festival since th ebeginning, 8 years ago and Bruno Chatelin sits on the advisory borrd of the Festival
