Phangan Film Festival (PFF) is coming up this weekend --- Friday, 20 Feb to Sunday, 22 Feb!
Besides daily live music, 6 films per night, and handmade vegetarian delights by Australian chef Lisa, a filmmaking workshop will take place:
Filmmaking Workshop with Hollywood Producer Stephen Nemeth --- Saturday 21 Feb 2009, Holiday Beach Resort, 14.00 - 16.30
Producer Stephen Nemeth (USA, Executive Producer of FLOW - For Love of Water, screening at PFF on Saturday night) will talk and answer questions surrounding the topic of
"how to get independent films made in today's film world and new economy?"
Producer credits include Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Why Do Fools Fall In Love, Denise Calls Up, What We Do Is Secret, Finding TaTu. Documentaries include Dogtown and ZBoys, Pick Up The Mic, Besibol, Tuner Nation and Project Street.
Stephen serves on the Advisory Board to Children’s United Nations, Wildlife Ecostation, Wheels For Humanity, Shine On Sierra Leone, and Artists for Amnesty.

Tickets for each show will go on sale at 18:00; first screening each night is at 19:30. Please arrive early for the best seats.
