The Ruby Mountain Film Festival is a 100% volunteer based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the exhibition and nurturing of film and video as an art, spotlighting film talent from around the world. RMFF presents a full range of storytelling through visual arts from independent and student filmmakers.
With another Festival behind us, it's time to start looking towards the future of the OIAF. The Ottawa 2011 International Animation Festival will run from September 21-25 with the 7th annual Television Animation Conference taking place the first two days, September 21-22. from around the world. Film buffs, art lovers and cartoon fans won't
want to miss this year's great line up of screenings taking place at
ByTowne Cinema, National Gallery of Canada, Canadian Museum of
Civilization, Empire Theatres Rideau Centre and Arts Court Theatre.
January 13th: Iconic Canadian director Bruce McDonald will be attending the screenings of his most recent works Trigger and Hard Core Logo II at the Victoria Film Festival (VFF), where he will discuss his films during a question and answer session at the screening.

This month we say au revoir to Rhiannon Hobbins, ÉCU’s Festival Manager for the past four years. Rhiannon was the ultimate resource for all that is ÉCU but she is moving on to her next adventure back in her home country of Australia. It’s hard to express how much she will be missed but her influence will be everlasting as the festival builds upon the fabulous foundations that she put in place.
So, without further ado Rhiannon tells us in her own words how the last four years...

The 1st Annual New England Festival of Ibero-American Cinema (NEFIAC) will be held Saturday September 18, 2010 through Saturday September 25, 2010 in Providence, RI.
