VOICES
Festival (Vologda Independent Cinema from European Screens) A Independent European film Festival-Discovery. Its first edition took place in Vologda, Russia from July 4th to July 9th and its Echo in Moscow on 10th & 11th of July, 2010. The theme was French films and producers. The second edition of the festival is planned
from the 5th to the 10th of July 2011 around the theme of Italian films and
producers. The Competition includes a selection of first and second full-length fictions by European directors. The festival also features master-classes, round-table discussions and professional meetings.
