Cebu International Film Festival (CIDFF) is a platform that organizes annual international documentary film festivals in Cebu, Philippines. CIDFF will play a big role in giving Cebu and the rest of the Philippines, international exposure. CIDFF serves as a benchmark for all documentary film makers, film producers, and global media interested to come to Cebu for a film event. The festival will screen films from filmmakers across the globe and highlight issues faced by the world. CIDFF aims to bring our diverse global audience to Cebu, Philippines and attract talented, creative, technologically-savvy, and socially-inclined audiences. It will also attract more attention for people to learn the value and importance of the film industry.

1. Enhance public understanding and appreciation of the art form and its significance, while making films more accessible to a wider audience.
2. To curate, provide imprimatur and thus, help shape culture;
3. To create access to independent voices and new stories within specific underserved geographic communities;
4. To educate filmmakers;
5. To grow independent film communities and foster creative collaboration.
