About the Director: 

Hendrick Dusollier composes the shots of his films mixing real shootings in 3D virtual spaces. Reflection on time and the memory of Barcelone's old neighbourhoods, his first short film Obras received more than 30 awards in international festivals and was nominated for the Cesar 2006. In parallel with his work as Art Director for television and for commercials, he directed and produced with his production company StudioHdk the experimental film Face and the 3D stereoscopic installation Facebox for Canal+, as well as the opening film for the Guanajuato film festival 2007 in Mexico : Fade to Black. Since 2005, during severals journeys, he has shot the mutations of Chinese society. His new film Babel is an allegory of today's China.
