"Brokeback Mountain" le dernier film d'Ang Lee a reçu 7 nominations aux Golden Globes, notamment dans les catégories meilleur film dramatique, meilleur réalisateur, meilleur acteur pour l'australien Heath Ledger et meilleur actrice dans un second rôle pour Michelle Williams.

Joyeux Noel le film de Christian Carion candidat français aux Oscars est sélectionné dans la catégorie meilleur film étranger.

Les Golden Globes sont attribuées par la presse étrangère à Hollywood et annoncent assez souvent les Oscars.
La 63e cérémonie des Globes se tiendra à Los Angeles le 16 janvier prochain.
