Nancy Rosenthal, Founder and Executive Director, New York WILD Film Festival

After fifteen years making films about the natural world for National Geographic, Nancy  expanded her work to include films about current issues and the performing arts.  Her films and collaborations have won many awards.  An independent feature documentary was shortlisted for an Academy Award.  As a member of New York Women in Film and Television she has produced many panels about documentary filmmaking.  She traveled to Papua New Guinea for a film project supported by an Explorers Club Grant.  She served as juror and advisor for the Explorers Club Documentary Film Festival, as juror for the Nantucket Film Festival, the Hamptons Fim Festival, the New York Emmy and the International Emmy Awards.  Nancy is an active member of the Explorers Club and the Manhattan Sailing Club.
