  by Marla Lewin The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences voting members must return their completed Oscar nominations ballots to PricewaterhouseCoopers no later than 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 23. Ballots received after that deadline will not be counted. There are 5,777  voting members.
