The International Streaming Festival The Hague

About the Streaming Festival

The Streaming Festival is an art event for independent artists exhibiting unconventional audio-visual art from all over the world.
This event takes place once a year.

Permanent collection

In addition to the festival, there is a growing permanent collection with video and sound art which can be viewed at all times. To be included in this collection is completely up to the artist.

Video art database

The database includes interviews with artists, reviews, biographies and background info on video and sound art.
Its main focus is to create a complete as possible overview of the audio visual art exhibited on the Streaming Festival.

To participate and to view the festival is completely free

There are no submission fees asked from artists, nor do visitors have to pay entrance tickets. The festival is a non-profit project to encourage the understanding of audio visual art, and one of its goals is to support emerging artists by offering the opportunity to exhibit their works on an unique platform.

The Streaming Festival is organized by the Isfth foundation based in The Hague, The Netherlands.

Call for submissions - Streaming Festival 6th edition 12-2011

The Streaming Festival is now accepting submissions for its 6th edition in December 2011.

This year we’re doing things slightly differently. Instead of exclusively screening films, there’ll also be showcases for 2d art, flash and an audio program.
Moreover we’ve decided to open the call for online submissions again. So, no more need for post and stamps. Just place a link to your preview, and that’s that.
Obviously, you can still send your work by post if you prefer that.

Deadline for submissions: 15 October 2011.

As per usual, no entrance fee, no limits and all genres accepted.
