He is also an acting and dialogue coach. @SirajHSyed ![]() RIFF Film Club invites entries for Student Smartphone Short Film ContestRIFF Film Club invites entries for Student Smartphone Short Film Contest It's a great opportunity for all school as well as college-going students. Entries are invited to empower the story-teller inside the students, through film-making, with smartphones. There are two categories in the contest, i.e. Category A - Juniors (age up to 18 years) & Category B - Seniors (age 18 and above). The top winner from each category will get a direct entry to the Official Selection in the Student Films Category, at the 8th Rajasthan International Film Festival (RIFF), 2022! There are also some exciting prizes. Certificates will be given to all the participants. The Rules and Regulations for sending entries stipulate that the duration of the film must be a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum 15 minutes. Besides, the film must have been made in either 2020 or 2021. Accepted formats are Mp4 and MOV. And finally, the film must be fully shot on smartphone(s). Short films of all genres are acceptable. The film must be submitted at info@riffjaipur.org, along with a vertical poster and synopsis. The last date for accepting entries is the 5th of August, 2021. RIFF Film Club is the first Film Club of Rajasthan, which brings film-lovers and film-makers together, to enable the exchange of information and single window solutions for the film industry. The club aims to hold creative activities throughout the year: Activities like the Rajasthan International Film Festival (RIFF), international seminars, film screenings, workshops, knowledge series (talk shows), master classes and interactions with leading film-makers, technicians and actors, and much more.
