ABOUT "ZERO PLUS"

«Zero Plus» International Film Festival follows the criteria of the inner quality and the message of values brought up in the films that are shown to children, adolescents, families, pedagogues, and all people on the whole. These are the films one can truly trust, in terms of psychological and informational safety, benefits for personal development of children and young people as well as bright entertainment that is so pleasing to everyone.

The festival invites the films that:

• convey images of goodness and beauty,

• foster a creative and formative worldview in children and young people,

• facilitate the development of children’s and youth’s individuality.

• are oriented to the professional self-determination of a person,

• strengthen the values of family, childhood, friendship.

PROGRAM

The International competition program invites:

• short animated films,
• short fiction films,

Years of production: 2010-2015

The special program “The Man of Labour” invites:

• documentaries about:

·   different professions, labour, mastership,

·   skills, talents, creativity, art,

·   discoveries, inventions, innovations,

Years of production: 2000-2015

Non-competition program invites:

• films of all genres of any duration and year of production.

SUBMISSION

To submit a film to the Festival, please, fill the online submission form on zeroplusff.ru in section Submission 2015. For uploading, prepare in advance 1-2 photos of the director, 1-2 stills from the film (of high resolution), and a dialogue list.

The submission is open till September 1, 2015
