Red Sea International Film Festival

The second edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival (RedSeaIFF) will run in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from December 1-10, 2022.

The Red Sea International Film Festival brings the best in Arab and World Cinema to Jeddah Old Town. The Festival showcases exciting new films on the Saudi big-screen, alongside retrospective programs celebrating the masters of cinema, the latest Saudi films, and feature and short film competitions. There are also industry events and workshops nurturing the next generation of talent.

In ‘Celebration of Women in Cinema’, the Red Sea International Film Festival (RedSeaIFF), hosted a gala event this evening at the 75th Cannes International Film Festival on the grounds of the magnificent Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes.


Balqees in concert today at RSIFF22, on 5th December.

The Red Sea International Film Festival announces the second exclusive concert providing gorgeous sea views of the Jeddah Corniche for the renowned star Balqees on 5th December.


Balqees didn't take long to shoot up to the top of the charts – and anyone who has heard her sing knows why. Balqees's powerful voice, charismatic stage presence and dazzling skills at mastering an impressive range of Arabic dialects make her a one-of-a-kind artist. From her viral Moroccan pop tunes to her native Emirati melodies, Balqees's music will surely move you.


The festival unveiled its second edition on the 1st of December and will run until 10th of December with an exciting line-up of concerts complementing the extraordinary red carpet and exciting film programs. All concerts will be taking place at the Red Sea Outdoor at AlHamra Corniche from 10pm onwards. Tickets for the concerts will be available for purchase at 40SAR per ticket.
