 The NEW YORK TELEVISION FESTIVAL

The NYTVF Independent Pilot Competition is currently accepting original, independently produced television and new media pilots in ALL genres, from 4-22 minutes in length. By submitting to the NYTVF, artists are eligible for category and sponsored awards including guaranteed development deals from partners FX, IFC and MTV. ARTIST SUCCESS, ACCESS AND OPPORTUNITY
The NYTVF has hosted independent initiatives resulting in guaranteed development deals with a number of networks, studios and brands including FOX, ION Media, Microsoft's Bing, Sony Pictures Television, Lifetime and Procter & Gamble Productions. In addition to those stand-alone initiatives, Independent Pilot Competition partners have included FX, IFC, MTV, USA and FOX Television Studios. Finally, Festival artists have gone on to sell Festival-premiered content and subsequent projects to a number of outlets including NBC, Sundance, A&E, Versus, IFC, Comedy Central, truTV and Spike. The Festival is supported by William Morris Endeavor (WME), Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and the United Talent Agency (UTA).
