 For those of you who are new to our festival, our primary goal is to be a useful tool for budding filmmakers. There are very few restrictions, but the one we are actually proud of is our no million dollar clause, that's right, we don't want any film which cost over 1 million dollars to make. We want the playing grounds to be as indie as possible, so rest assured you won't have to worry about larger productions 'buying' into an award. We welcome all suggestions as to how we can better serve the independent film community.
