International Mobile Film FestivalAll films shot with mobile phones only! The red carpet is in your pocket!™ Mission: The purpose of the International Mobile Film Festival is not only to create interest and spark creativity in people of all ages with limited income or resources, but to actually inspire creative filmmakers to live to their potential and realize the opportunity to fulfill their dream. International Mobil Film Festival™ is for everyone around the world! All ages welcome. Our mission is our passion and we are sharing mobile filmmaking internationally with our collaborators, sponsors and partners. The Internaiional Mobile Film Festival in San Diego is annual in person festival each last weekend in April. We began to organize this venue in 2009 to give filmmakers and anyone with a desire to make films and share stories through film a place to come together, watch their mobile films screen on the big screen, walk the red carpet, to network and collaborate with other international filmmakers and learn how to improve their skills during workshops geared toward mobile filmmaking using mobile phones as cameras. All films in our festival are shot with smartphone cameras. April 29, 30, and May 1, 2022 is our 11th edition brings 6 full feature films, 25 shorts and much more!  7th Edition International Mobile Film Festival in San Diego April 2018The world's official 7th Annual International Mobile Film Festival is a pioneer in the smartphone filmmaking industry. Only films shot with mobile phones qualify to participate in our film festival.

Meet filmmakers from all over the world celebrating their smartphone films as we present them on a big screen, they participate in Q&A Sessions, walk the red carpet during the Awards Ceremony and network.
Saturday, Day 1: Opening, Special Screening feature-length film, Killer's Requiem, shot with iPhone by Brian McLane with lecture and actor Special VIP Guest Speaker Tim Russell (Tuvok) from Star Trek Voyager with Q&A, Special Presentations, Official International Mobile Film Screening Sessions, Mobile Filmmaking Workshop.
Sunday, Day 2: Presentations, Mobile Film Q&A Panel, Red Carpet Walk with Filmmakers and Star Wars Steampunk Universe, Awards Ceremony.
#MFF2018SanDiego presents a Celebration of Mobile Filmmaking in San Diego. Meet people in the global mobile film community in San Diego and be inspired. Bring your smartphone and celebrate storytelling through film and video using smartphones. All ages welcome. Free parking in parking lot. Deli Restaurant on site.
