'We Were Laughing A Lot' - Press Conference for 'Firebrand' featuring Alicia Vikander, Jude Law, Karim Aïnouz, Gabrielle TanaDirector Karim Aïnouz, producer Gabrielle Tana, along with Alicia Vikander and Jude Law, stars of the in competition film Firebrand were featured at a morning press conference on May 22. The film takes a realistic look at King Henry VII's final marriage to Queen Catherine Parr, in where the roi is characterized as a monster. The lively press conference lightened the mood and theme of the film, with the actors saying they were often joking throughout the shoot, despite the film's tough subject matter. Vikander commented "we were laughing a lot" during the shoot, and in the press conference as well. More in-depth coverage of the press conference will be posted soon.
