Our Overall Winner will receive a TRIP TO SUNDANCE 2014, where he/she and his/her film will be featured at a networking event on Main Street, right in the heart of the festival*.
Our Overall Winner's film will be featured on the itsFILM.com homepage for one full month, as well as on all itsFILM.com video community channels. Our Overall Winner will also be the subject of a feature story on itsFILM.com
All Categorcal Winners, as well as all Finalists, will be featured in a Media Campaign by ITSFILM.COM!
Winners will receive Film Budgeting Software, Film Gear, Screenwriting Software, Industry Website Memberships and MORE!
We will be announcing 7 Categorical Winners, an Overall Winner, as well as 70 Competion Finalists. All Winners and Finalists will be promoted in an ItsFILM.com media campaign.

The itsFILM.com International Short Film Competition was created to help locate fresh new voices in filmmaking, and give them the tools and promotional opportunities they deserve.
The itsFILM.com Online Magazine and Industry Network is proud to sponsor this festival. Our Overall Winner will receive a trip to the 2014 SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL, where his/her short film will be featured at an industry networking event in the heart of the fest. All winners will receive film gear, film production software, industry site memberships and well-deserved industry exposure.

GENERAL RULES
All films submitted must be the entrants original work and shall not infringe on the copyrights, or other legal rights, of any third parties. You agree that you have all required permissions for images, sound, music and media contained in your film as presented. ItsFILM.com will not be held liable for any copyright infringements by participant or the entered short work, and reserves the right to deny the entry of any film(s) for any reason it deems valid. All entrants must be 18 years of age at time of entry, or must have the full permission of a parent or legal guardian. All Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless ItsFILM.com and its sponsors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees and costs of court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered. To complete the entry process, competitors must submit a complete Contest Entry Form, provide a valid link to a viewable film that meets competition criteria, and submit the appropriate entry fee. Entry fees are not refundable under any circumstance. More than one entry may be submitted. Each entry must be accompanied by a separate entry form and entry fee. Any mailed media or press kits will not be returned. No mailings are required for entry. The decision of our judges will be final and binding in all respects. Competitors agree to accept and be bound by the decisions of the competition and its jury. Prize Winners and Finalists will be announced on the website no later than one month after the completion of the Contest. Prize Winners will also be notified by email. Prizes will be distributed within a reasonable time after announcement of the Competition Winners. Competition Administrators and sponsor companies shall not be obligated to award any prize that relates to or arises out of improper or mistaken prize notification, operation or function of this competition. Except as otherwise stated in these Official Rules, all trademarks and logos used in connection with the stated prizes are the exclusive property of third parties. Festival Administrators reserve the right to substitute any advertised prize or award with similar items, as they see fit during the course of the competition or after its completion. These Contest Rules shall be binding on any contest applicant when such Entrant makes any submission to the Competition. If any Entrant does not agree to be bound by the competition rules, their only recourse is to discontinue use of the contest website and not enter the competition. Void where prohibited buy law. All dates, time periods, and numbers of Winners/Finalists are tentative and subject to change. Entrants will retain all ownership rights to their submitted films.
