Between November 16 and 25, 2012, exground filmfest celebrates its 25th festival edition in Wiesbaden. One of Germany's most important festivals for independent films presents around 250 independently produced short and feature films from all over the world. This year's country focus lies on Switzerland. exground filmfest 25 presents 250 films from a total of 37 countries, including 17 world premieres, 2 international premieres, 8 European premieres, as well as 47 German premieres. As always, the festival center is the Caligari FilmBühne in the heart of Wiesbaden. Additional screening locations of exground filmfest 25 are the Murnau Filmtheater and the Kulturpalast.
