COME AND SEE WHAT THE NEIGHBORS ARE DOING

Willem Dafoe is Vincent Van Gogh; László Nemes seeks a second Oscar; Jafar Panahi circumvents once again Iranian law in order to film his most recent film; and Ali Abbasi delivers a delicate love story between two trolls.

This is World Hightlights at #LosCabos7.

World Highlights, composed of a selection of the most inspiring voices of today’s world cinema, will be screened between November 7th & November 11th as part of the 7th edition of the Los Cabos International Film Festival program.

Willem Dafoe offers a striking characterization of Vincent Van Gogh under the passionate direction of Julian Schnabel in At Eternity’s Gate. László Nemes makes a critical review of European history through an untamable protagonist in Sunset. Jafar Panahi explores the modern-day feminine condition in Three Faces, filmed despite the prohibition imposed by the Iranian Government. After winning the Un Certain Regard award, Ali Abbasi seeks the nomination for Best Foreign Language Film at the Oscars with Swedish film Border, an elegant and obscure love story between two trolls.

The Festival is proud to present for the first time in Mexico these most anticipated film premieres, which come from all four corners of the world and are part of the complete program that the #LosCabos7 will present from Wednesday, November 7th to Sunday, November 11th at Cinemex Puerto Paraíso in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.
