Universal joy for the season

By Emmanuel Itier.

Until December 29, the most festive place on Earth is ‘Universal Studios Hollywood’ ( www.UniversalStudiosHollywood.com ), as the legendary Hollywood themed park, built in 1915, is wearing its holiday colors. From the special “Grinchmas  Who-lebration”, with its towering Grinchmas tree and with a close encounter with Max the dog and the Ginch himself, onto a holy night of “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter”, with its seasonal décor and a breathtaking light projection spectacular, one can only feel the joy within.  Peace and joy has landed in Hollywood!

Like every year, this is our family ritual: to get down to Universal Studios and re-connect with the magic within. One can only tap into this wonderful magical atmosphere and feel elevated beyond the mundane everyday life. At Universal Studios, we celebrate life and the pursuit of happiness. We can come, as one family, beyond differences and disagreements. One, indeed, can agree about peace and harmony. Become spellbound from watching the “Frogging” performance of the a cappella choir of Hogwarts students with their throaty frogs or by taking a family portrait under the protective shadow of the 40-foot tall Christmas tree with its 200,000 LED icicles. And one can forget about feeling tired, after a long walk around the park, by sitting for a well deserved back-lot tour in the Universal tram strolling along the 400+ acres of land. Let yourself be entertained by Peter Jackson’s King Kong 3D, 360 degree performance where King Kong and dinosaurs come alive! Or drift into a wild car chase with Vin Diesel and The Rock in a one-in-a-lifetime experience ride straight out of  the ‘Fast and Furious’ franchise.

Finally, one explosive experience at Universal Studios that cannot be complete without is by daring to enter the revamped Jurassic World water-ride. This is the perfect way to catapult yourself into the most celebrated time of the year and to pump-up yourself for another fantastic year to come! Universal Studios truly gives you a sense of re-birth, a self-confidence so necessary needed to face the happy path ahead. Fasten your seat-belt and embrace the ride, the ride of Life that is! Full speed and no fear. Full love and no doubt. You have landed in the promised land: Universal Studios.

Thank you Anastasia Lee from Universal Studios Hollywood.
