After a serious traumatic accident, a man leaves his old life behind and moves to an isolated cabin to start over. He soon learns of the surroundings of the area and its dangerous past. Writtend and directed by Brian A. Metcalf, produced by Red Compass Media.
Formed in 2012, Red Compass Media is an entertainment media company that is focused on releasing high-quality content in film, televison and digital formats. Red Compass Media is based both in Los Angeles and Singapore. Since its inception, the company has worked with a wide range of talented actors such as John Heard, William Sadler, Jodie sweetin, BoJesse Christopher, Lacey Chabert, Michael Madsen, James Russo, Andrew Keegan, Esme Bianco, Scott Grimes, Clare Kramer, and Thomas Ian Nicholas. The first film off its slate, The Lost Tree, gained widespread publicity through its announcement and has been hitting theatres this week end across USA. The teaser trailer received over 1.3 million views online. The film stars Thomas Ian Nicholas, Lacey Chabert, Scott Grimes, Clare Kramer and Michael Madsen. Red Compass Media recently signed with sales agency, Shoreline Entertainmet, to handle worldwide sales for the film. Shortly after, production began on Living Among Us, a found-footage horror film about a film crew that goes to interview a family of vampires. The film just wrapped post-production, with sales beeing handled by VISIONFILMS. The domestic release is set for January 2018. Red Compass is currently focused on the development of several upcoming film projects and a new television series.
