Following the great success of the 2nd Project Market within the Hanoi International Film Festival in 2016, this year, BHD Co., Ltd – Vietnam Media Corp continue to co-ordinate with the Cinema Department of Vietnam to organize the Project Market within the framework of the 5th International Film Festival between Oct 27th and 30th, 2018 in Hanoi.

Project Market will be a place to network and experience for film producers, directors and script writers, who wish to introduce their projects to investors as well as leading professionals in film industry through four days of seminars and meetings, they will also get opportunity to:
•    Develop film projects as well as film expertise
•    Environment exchanges and establish long-term cooperative relationship with potential partners
•    Meet with producers, distributors, film festivals and investors.
•    Take part in seminars, meet and work directly with producers, representatives of International Film Festivals, Project Markets or other big film organizations in region.
•    Representative of project (director or producer) will be officially invited by Organizer to the Project Market
•   Selected project will have a chance to be partially or fully funded for completion of production.

The Project Market consists of 2 sessions:
    Session 1: International Projects: Selecting 3 prominent projects in Asia – Pacific region
    Session 2: Vietnamese Projects: Selecting 5 prominent projects in Vietnam

Target group: New talented international and local directors, script writers, producers.

Eligibility:
For International Projects
Three (03) feature length or short film projects in certain stage of production (script under development, pre-production).
•    The completed projects are not eligible.
•    Only those projects not fully financed are eligible.
For Vietnamese Projects   
Five (05) feature length or short film projects in certain stage of production (completed script, pre-production).
•    The completed projects are not eligible.
•    Only those projects not fully financed are eligible.
