MSR Media is shooting their second film in the Caribbean Island of Nevis as part of their far reaching six-picture deal

British actress and model Poppy Delevingne (Twentieth Century Fox's Kingsman: The Golden CircleWarner Bros' King Arthur: Legend of the Sword), Chad Michael Collins (MSR Media's One Year Off, Sony Pictures' Sniper), Casper Van Dien (Twentieth Century Fox's Alita: Battle AngelParamount Pictures' Sleepy Hollow), and Jeff Fahey (ABC's "Lost," Twentieth Century Fox's Alita: Battle Angel) are set to star in MSR Media's new thriller-suspense film Assailant written and directed by Tom Paton (400 Bullets, Lionsgate's G-Loc).

The Producers are MSR Media’s Philippe Martinez and Highfield Grange Studios’ Alan Latham, with Lee Beasley and Karinne Behr from MSR Media, Alastair Burlingham of Sherborne Media and Charlie Dombek serving as Executive Producers. Production financing is being provided by Sherborne Media. MSR Media International is handling worldwide rights for the film.

Principal photography has begun on the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis under a far-reaching six-picture production deal between MSR Media and the local authorities of the Caribbean island.

In this suspense thriller, a couple going through marriage counseling decide to head to the Caribbean on a "make or break them" sailing holiday to heal wounds. But when the husband gets into a local bar fight the night before a difficult trek over a coastal trail, the duo finds themselves relentlessly chased by the adversary, hellbent on killing them. Exhausted and pushed to their limits, the couple must learn to work together again if they have any hopes of survival.

"We are very excited to be working on such a brilliant cat-and-mouse story set in the paradise landscapes across the Island of Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis. This is the second film we have shot on the Island under our six-picture deal, and the experience has been amazing. Tom has written a spectacular script and brings a fresh vision to bring the story to the screen. The stellar cast lead by Poppy, Chad, Casper, and Jeff is certainly going to push worldwide audiences to the edge of their seats," said Martinez.

In addition to her successful career in fashion, actress Poppy Delevingne's roles include Twentieth Century Fox's box office hit Kingsman: The Golden Circlestarring alongside Colin Firth, Julianne Moore, and Taron Egerton, Warner Bros' King Arthur: Legend of the Sworddirected by Guy Ritchie and Sony Pictures' television show "Riviera" alongside Julia Stiles. Recent film credits include Lionsgate's G-Loc and 400 Bullets. Paton has become a fan favorite on the Comic-Con circuit and one of the strongest voices in independent cinema.

Assailant is the second film to be shot on the Island of Nevis. MSR Media recently wrapped Principal Photography on the Caribbean island for their new comedy feature film One Year Off. Under the production deal, the Nevis government is offering access to multiple locations across the island and hotel support for visiting cast members. In turn, MSR Media announced the creation of an education program to train local people in a variety of on-set roles in an effort to boost the island’s production infrastructure.  A plan to create an acting academy on the island is also underway.
