Film Information:
A Romantic Urban Love Story based on the "Romeo and Juliet" theme between Blacks and Hispanics. Two innocent young adults having to cope with the interracial barriers brought on by the people closest to them.

Thomas and Nestor, insurance agents hired to determine if the mysterious fatal car crash of the Pacific Coast Highway was a suicide or accident. And through their investigation, they see the troubles the two victims had to endure just to be in love.

Yusef and CeCe are young and in love, trying to do what they can to finally leave their hometown and see what the world has to offer them. They've been friends since childhood, Yusef being a fixture in the home due to his close friendship with Juan, CeCe's brother and treated like a son by Sergio, CeCe's father. It's not until Sergio finds out they are dating that he becomes furious and forbids CeCe from seeing Yusef.

Cedric, the gangster cousin of Yusef, comes to stay with him when he is released from County Jail. His hatred for Hispanics is due to his treatment from them in county jail and his relationship with the mother of his newborn child from a Hispanic girl. While he is trying to get back into the swing of things, he meets Sonya, a friend of CeCe, and the girlfriend of Jose, a Hispanic gangster who dislikes Blacks and Hispanics mixing. This torrid affair leads to an intense fistfight that culminates to the deaths of Jose and another young black male, Shorty.

Through the film, we see how two people can totally be blind by the color of love, because it's not the color that their in love with, it's the way they see the person in their eyes.
