Switzerland country-in-focus // filmmaker-talks // a program of 250 films

exground filmfest 25 welcomes many international guests in Wiesbaden for the jubilee edition November, 16 – 25, 2012 and looks forward to animated discussions of the 250 independently produced short- and feature length films in the festival program.

For this year's country-in-focus program numerous Swiss guests are invited to Wiesbaden, to present their films. For the award-winning film 180° by Cihan Inan exground filmfest welcomes not just the director, but also lead actor Michael Neuenschwander for this year's festival. For the Swiss documentary A GLORIOUS MESS the protagonists Elmira Claude and Thomas Moll will be on side, to present this unusual film to the audience in person. In the exground youth days Güzin Kar presents her film FLYING FISH, counting among the five most successful Swiss productions in 2011. For the Swiss short film TONS OF PASSION exground filmfest welcomes the director Corina Schwingruber and co-director Nina Steinemann.
