Charleston International Film Festival 2011 Wrap-up and 2012 Dates!

It is not even possible for us to put it down in words, so we’ll rely on those of Cole Hornaday and this incredible video overview and article from L.A.’s Buzzine.com.
Next, we have to say thank you to everyone who attended the festival. You are an extremely vibrant bunch and truly added to the fun and excitement we all shared this year. Our love for film and the arts has drawn us together, and we are proud to host this exciting event in celebration of them each year.
Also, we have to thank all of the filmmakers & writers who contributed to our 2011 festival. Your hard work and dedication to your craft truly shows through in your films. You give us meaning, hope, understanding, and sometimes a little vacation from our lives. Your vision inspires us and drives us to not only ensure that you have an outlet to showcase your work year-after-year, but to actually throw the most incredible festival that we can in order to celebrate your efforts.
We would also like to give special thanks to Terrell Braly & Kris Johnston-Keisling of Cinebarre, Allison Williamson, Joanna & Everett White, & Kevin Harrison of The Zanfanga Project, Willi Jones & Theater Marvelosa, Mark Bryan, Emily Hearn, Richard Elfman & The Mystic Knights of the Cinebarre Boingo, DJ’s Danny Seltzer, Duwayne Motley & Preston Lytton, Entropy Ensemble, Singer/Songwriter Nick Soliday of the Rock Band Snow In Africa, and The Dubplates.
And last, but certainly not least, thank you to all of our volunteers & sponsors. Without you, this festival would truly not be possible.
