Every morning, mouhsine accompanies his wife to his work. But this morning is different for her. She found her friend SALOUA at the entrance who told him that the Director Albachir SI was transferred to the new schedule and replaced by a new director.

SAMIRA was surprised by the news because IF Albachir is loved by everyone in the company because of his kindness, dedication, and full respect for its employees.

Upon meeting, Murad, the new director has already begun to look on her. SAMIRA is very upset and tells her friend SALOUA which noted that all men are « like that ».

Premise

The daily work of employees through the Director. SAMIRA is obliged to see to receive their day’s activities as all others. He took the opportunity to begin to harass her whenever she is in his office for the purpose of service.

Harassment takes shape crescendo, and soon he asks to sleep with him frankly.

SAMIRA is horrified by this indecent proposal and so brutal. She explains her position as a married woman who loves her husband and daughter, and has no intention to access its desire.

First Pivot

SAMIRA speaks, first, the situation SALOUA her friend who is horrified by what she learns. The director continues its approaches in different ways. One day he even physically force her into his office. She insults and go upstairs to see the general manager who does not believe the evidence wanting. In fact, because of the family ties of the new director with a minister, he is protected by the Director General and the latter always gives reason against employees.

Before the stubborn refusal SAMIRA, the new director takes extreme measures to force him to accept his proposal. It begins by clearing all computer files of his work week. Then he refuses to give him the day’s activities as all employees.

It is a painful punishment SAMIRA is struggling to accept.

2nd Pivot

Producing no work because of the planned boycott of the director, she received a warning from the CEO.

This threat is a drop of water as it could lose his job. That’s when she warns her husband mouhsine situation. He reproached for not having warned him before, but she said she did not want this to happen to these extremes. Mouhsine is very disturbed by this news. He can not accept that manager harasses his wife by taking some very serious and touching his honor, and he wants to penalize more because of his refusal to comply.

Exceeded, and approach a bit excessive, he spies the director and his family, and just missed to commit a crime. It keeps time without anyone noticing. It then attempts to involve a mutual friend to him and the director who had the opportunity to know the bowls club, meeting place and relaxation of a class of frames. He realizes that it is useless since the director denies everything claiming that these stories are « the fruit of the imagination » SAMIRA, and he never undertook any business harassment against anyone.

***

Denouement

The situation makes the couple’s life over the coals despite the mutual trust they have towards each other.

By stratagem risky mouhsine addresses his secretary to the bank with the objective of understanding the psychology of both his wife and his reaction, possible solutions suggested. It simulates a moment rightly harassment of his secretary. It is from there that he had the idea to go to the association for the defense of women’s rights. But this does not see evidence of problems that must be made and the legal vacuum in this area.

SAMIRA decides to use the wiles of women, and establishes a diabolical plan to gather evidence of the guilt of the director, in the absence of documents and witnesses can prove facts happening in secret, behind closed doors closed.BEHIND CLOSED DOORS (DERRIERE LES PORTES FERMEES)

Your Remi Award - Special Jury Award

Dear Mohammed ...

On behalf of the Board of Directors and Executive Staff of the 46th Annual WorldFest-Houston International Film & Video Festival... My sincere congratulations! Out of more than 4,100 international category entries in the 10 major Remi Award Competitions, you are a Remi Award Winner! This is a special group Email to our Remi Winners, who were not able to actually attend the Remi Awards Gala Dinner and may not already know what you have won. So this is your first report. There are lots of photos and reports from the Remi Gala Dinner on our Facebook site.

More than 550 international filmmakers attended the 10-day Cinema & Video Celebration that is WorldFest - 51 great new Indie feature films, 108 international Indie short films! We also had six excellent Master Classes in various aspects of film production, finance and distribution. The Remi Awards Gala Dinner was wonderful, with great gourmet food and wine, fantastic entertainment and wonderful networking! We were blessed with filmmakers from all over the world; China, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Thailand, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Nepal, Nigeria, England, Mexico, France, Germany, Spain, Russia, Bosnia, Eritrea, Croatia, Iraq, Iran, Canada, India, Pakistan, Italy, Taiwan, Israel, Japan, Germany, Scotland, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia, Dubai UAE, Bermuda, Viet Nam, Serbia, Honduras, Poland, Greece, England, Poland, and even the good old USA!!!

All our screenings were digital this year, for the second time - and were held in the flagship AMC Studio 30 Theatres, with some seating more than 650 people seeing our films on huge 60-foot screens! The WorldFest Consular Houston Yacht Club Sailing Regatta was great for its 27th year... We had good winds this year, so almost everyone was able to go sailing on beautiful Galveston Bay! In addition, there was great music, wonderful Texas BBQ, Champagne, Beer and Texas Wines! So there was lots of meeting and networking with the filmmakers! We returned to the theater early so we could see the closing night film, THE INVESTIGATION. We also enjoyed a great VIP tour of NASA and Space Center Houston!

It is very difficult to win a Remi in WorldFest... with so many entries, only about 15-20% are good enough to win the Award for Creative Excellence. The Remi takes its name from the famous artist Frederick Remington, who captured the spirit of Texas and the West with his brilliant paintings and sculptures! In some categories there may be more than one winner at any level, due to ties in scoring. In other categories, no awards are made because the entries did not score high enough to earn a Remi Award. This is especially true in the Short and Student Categories. If you were not able to attend the WorldFest Week and Remi Awards Gala Dinner, we will be sending you your framed 11X14 Remi Plaque in a few days. You may obtain duplicate awards in many different versions for your associates, clients and fellow filmmakers. They can all be custom done, so you can credit anyone associated with your award winning production. If you had several entries, you may have won more than one Remi Award, but this group Email sends only the one notice, so please go to the main website -- http://www.worldfest.org and click on 2013 Remi Winners to see the winners list in an Excel File, indexed by Entrant. We have attached the basic press release with general information about the festival and the major Remi Winners. You may get WorldFest Winners Logos, Statuette pix and The WorldFest Winners Laurels from the Remi Winners section of our website. My personal congratulations to you for your Remi Award! You can obtain the Category number that you won in from our website, and it will be so indicated on your framed Remi Award that we will send you... (USA Remi Awards are sent framed with our compliments. For all international awards, we can send them to you framed for a small additional fee, or unframed at no extra cost... see the Order Form for details.

WorldFest did give first honors to Spielberg, Lucas, David Lynch, Ang Lee, Ridley Scott, The Coen Brothers, Brian De Palma, John Lee Hancock, Randal Kleiser and many more, so it is not only one of the longest-running film festivals in the world, it is also one of the most significant! We hope that we will be adding your name to that wonderful list of WorldFest Alumni very soon! My personal congratulations for a job very well done. If you were not able to attend WorldFest, we will be sending you the Remi Award in the next few days. (For faster receipt of your Remi Award or Awards, send us your FedEx or DHL number - it works miracles!) Thanks for being part of the 3rd oldest film festival in North America and we look forward to welcoming you back for the 2013 competition. Entries for the 47th Annual WorldFest open August 15th, 2013 and the Festival is April 04-13, 2014. Tee Shirts, Coffee Mugs, Caps and WorldFest Tote Bags, Tees and Baseball Caps are also available via the duplicate award order form on the website. We were very happy to have Producer Edward James Olmos, his son Michael Olmos, the Director and Gina Rodriguez, star of FILLY BROWN here for the Premiere of their new film and Edward James Olmos was presented the WorldFest Remi Lifetime Achievement Award!

My personal thanks for making this such a great film & video festival. You honor us by entering such superb productions. And as Ridley Scott said some years ago when accepting his Grand Remi Award -- "WorldFest is in the business of validating excellence!" -- We thank you for your participation. Let me know if you need any more information.

Warmest regards from Texas,
Hunter
