Attention all filmmakers and wine worshippers! Submissions for the Little Workshop of Horrors are now open to all kinds of film crews that wish to shoot their film during this year's Grossmann festival, taking place from 26th to the 31st of July in Ljutomer, Slovenia. As usual, it has to be done in two days and one night! All of you who are daring, resourceful and playful enough can apply right here, where you can also find all further details and information. Submission deadline is the 5th of July, so get busy! Enter the Little Workshop of Horrors and make your celluloid masterpiece in the birthplace of Slovenian cinema, and of course don't forget to have fun while you're at it!
After last year's tremendously successful Zombie Walk, the final day of this year's festival, July 31, will be in the sign of the Monster Party which will unite all zombies, vampires, werewolves and other nocturnal ghouls in a merry march through the streets of Ljutomer! We hereby invite all those who don't fear the night, horror fans, knights of wine and other fun-loving individuals who'd like to participate in this unique event, taking place for the first time in history! The transformation into monsters will be made possible by two professional visual and special effects crews from Belgrade, Serbia: Lakobrija FX (Serbian Movie, The Life and Death of a Porno Gang, Zone of the Dead) and Mad Squirrel FX (Sheitan's Warrior, Charleston and Vendetta). Both crews already displayed their amazing skills at last year’s Zombie Walk. So hurry up and apply right here until June 16 to be a part of yet another unforgettable and groundbreaking event that will join all good willed monsters of the world and neighboring galaxies under the banner of His Excellence Vicious Cat!
