FROM ON HIGH wins BEST EUROPEAN SHORT at Muestra Internacional de Cortometraje Solidario y Sensibilizacion de Ciudad Real, SpainFROM ON HIGH ("Desde el cielo") has won the Best European Short film award at Muestra Internacional de Cortometraje Solidario y Sensibilizacion de Ciudad Real, Spain! The award will be presented on February 22, 2018 at the Casino Antiguo. This is the second nomination and first win for "From On High". Written and directed by Dawn Westlake, the film was shot and edited in Catalunya by Pol Carrizo Vilarroig of Imatge Barcelona. An original score was provided by 2016 Peer Raben Music Award nominee GC Johnson of Acoustic Labs. "From On HIgh" marks the professional acting debut of 11-yr-olds Zoe Pinell Lopez and Esteve Serra Coll.
