Bradley Cooper is to be assigned the “Capri Visionary Award” at the 28th edition of “Capri, Hollywood – The International Film Festival” for his latest movie as director “Maestro”.
The Blue Island will host a special screening of the much-anticipated biopic on Leonard Bernstein that aims to be one the big contenders at the 2024 Oscars. On December 30, 7.20 pm at Capri Auditorium.
It is a precious biopic about legendary composer and conductor Leonard Bernstein starring Cooper himself and premiered last september at the 80th Venice Film Festival.

“Maestro” – distributed by Netflix – is the second directorial effort by Cooper, who in the film incarnates the iconic composer, pianist and orchestra conductor, alongside Carey Mulligan. The movie tells the complex life and struggling love story between the US musical icon and his wife Felicia Montealegre (Carrey Mulligan).

“Capri Hollywood – The International Film Festival 2023” if produced by Capri in The World Institute with the sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture and the Region Campania (Film Commission Campania).
