Better World Fund takes part at the Cannes Film Festival for the fifth year in a row with a full day event on July 12th 2021.
As the Cannes Film Festival is taking action this year to protect the planet, the Better World Fund is pleased to honor those in the Gold industry that promote “Responsible Mining”. ETHICAL GOLD will be the theme of the event.
A conferece in the morning will be followed by the mastermind whose main objective is to propose, analyze and decide on 3 or more specifications, platforms, initiatives to collectively support sustainable energies, sustainable development and humanitarian projects.
A gala cocktail and diner reception in the evening will be honoring Barry Alexander Brown and Spike Lee. Two films will receive the filmfestivals.com Movie that Matter Award : "The Sound of us" by Chris Gero and "Enough! Lebanon's darkest hour" by Daizy Gedeon.
