FRONTIERES CO-PRODUCTION MARKET ANNOUNCES
FROM OUR DARK SIDE AND SHORTS TO FEATURES PROJECTS
We are thrilled to announce the selection of five projects for the From Our Dark Side section (formerly known as Created by Women), an incubator organized by Women in Film and Television Vancouver for Canadian female writer-directors.
The Shorts to Features section is designed to give Canadian filmmakers the opportunity to pitch a feature based on their short film. For the first time, Frontières opened a call for projects and five shorts have been selected for this edition.
FRONTIÈRES is organised by the Fantasia International Film Festival, with the collaboration of the Marché du Film – Festival de Cannes. The Frontières International Co-Production Market 2021 is made possible thanks to our major partners: Telefilm Canada, SODEC, the Government of Quebec, the Netherlands Film Fund, Vidéotron and Wallimage.

LA SÉLECTION FROM OUR DARK SIDE ET DU COURT AU LONG
Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer la sélection de cinq projets dans la section From Our Dark Side (anciennement Created by Women), un incubateur organisé par Women in Film and Television Vancouver pour femmes cinéastes et scénaristes canadiennes.
La section Du Court au Long est conçue pour donner l'opportunité à des cinéastes Canadiens ayant réalisé un court métrage de présenter leur adaptation du-dit court au long métrage. Pour la première fois, Frontières a ouvert un appel à projets et cinq court métrages ont été sélectionnés pour cette édition.
Frontières est organisée par le Festival international de film Fantasia, en collaboration avec le Marché du Film - Festival de Cannes. L’édition 2020 du Marché de coproduction internationale Frontières est rendu possible grâces au soutien de ses partenaires principaux : Telefilm Canada, la SODEC, le Gouvernement du Québec, le Netherlands Film Fund, Vidéotron et Wallimage.

Outre son Marché de coproduction annuel à Fantasia du 3 au 6 juillet 2021 à Montréal, la programmation de Frontières comprend également la Plateforme Frontières à Cannes (10-11 juillet 2021) en partenariat avec le Marché du Film - Festival de Cannes. |
