‘FREEDOM DEAL: The Story of Lucky’

SYNOPSIS: May 4, 1970 – During the US-Vietnam War...in Cambodia.

A combined US & ARVN military force enters Cambodia to destroy North Vietnamese and Viet Cong sanctuaries, while a youth named Samnang (‘Lucky’) and a travelling musician named Nuon make their way together through the conflict.

The first ever dramatic movie set during Nixon’s ‘Cambodian Incursion’, an event which launched a wave of protests across the US – leading to the shooting deaths of students at Kent State and Jackson State Universities.
