Cam EraThe Cambridge International Student Film Festival is the first explicitly international student-led film festival in the UK. From June 18th-20th, it will bring together student film-makers, industry professionals, and enthusiasts from all over the world to showcase short films and celebrate new talent in a three day film fest of extraordinary proportions. The festival will also offer filmmakers, delegates and students a rare glimpse into the world of Cambridge Colleges, and University life. Films will be screened in college grounds, and talks and workshops will also take place at sites of interest old and new around the city. An eight hundred year old institution, Cambridge has been home to some of Britain's, and the world's, greatest storytellers from Milton and Byron to Sylvia Plath and Iris Murdoch. Join us in June 2010 and add your tale to the Cambridge saga! ![]() Submissions from 12 countriesWith focus on being an international festival we have directed our attention outwards for film submissions. Cambridge is a very international city and to make the festival as international as possible has been one of the great aims. We can report that we now have submissions from 12 different countries and with a week left for submissions we are hoping for even more. So submit your film on www.cam.era.org no matter what nationality and help us become even more internarnational to unite the filmmakers out there. 19.04.2010 | Cam Era's blog Cat. : Cambridge CDATA Competitions Contact Details Digital media Electronic submission Entertainment Entertainment Grants Research www.cam.era.org XML FESTIVALS
